# NRA audit file

> Generate the monthly Приложение № 38 XML — on demand or by email.

Stores under the чл. 52о regime must be able to produce a standardized monthly audit file (**Приложение № 38**) for the NRA on request. Sendway builds it from your issued receipts and refunds — no spreadsheets.

Open **Fiscal documents → NRA audit**.

## Generating a month's file

    Choose any past month from the picker.

    Click **Generate audit XML**. Sendway assembles the file from that month's card-paid orders and refunds and downloads it immediately.

  <Step title="Keep or submit">
    Every generated file also lands in the **Generated files** archive below — with its period, order and refund counts, and status — so you can re-download any month later.

<Note>
  Only **card-paid orders in euro** are included. Cash-on-delivery is collected and reported by your courier and isn't part of your e-shop's audit file.

## Refunds

Card refunds you make in Shopify are recorded automatically and included in the month's file — nothing to enter by hand.

## Monthly email delivery (optional)

Prefer it in your inbox (or your accountant's)? On **Fiscal documents → Business settings**, under **NRA audit settings**, switch on **"Email the monthly audit file"**:

* Up to **3 recipients** — add your accountant directly.
* Pick the **day of month** (1st–10th) it goes out; the previous month's file arrives around 10:00.
* Use **Send test now** to check the delivery right away.

## Status tracking

Each archive row carries a status badge — Generated, Downloaded, Submitted, Accepted, Rejected — so the archive doubles as your log of what was produced and when.
