# Fields and consent

> Choose which optional fields and rows appear in the popup, and how you collect consent.

Open **Settings → Fields**. Available on every plan.

## Optional rows

## Terms and privacy acceptance

Add a terms checkbox to the popup, and decide whether it is **checked by default** and whether it is **required**. Fill in your **Terms of Service URL** and **Privacy Policy URL**; leaving them blank falls back to your Shopify policy pages.

  A pre-checked or forced acceptance box is not valid consent in every jurisdiction. Check what applies to the countries you sell in before switching those two options on.

## Marketing consent

Switch on **Collect marketing consent** to add an opt-in checkbox. You can write your own label, or leave it blank to use the default text in the buyer's own language. Buyers who tick it are signed up for marketing email, and for SMS when they gave a phone number. It works in both checkout modes.

Pre-checking this box carries the same jurisdiction caveat as the terms box.

## Invoice details

**Collect invoice details** adds a company block to the popup for buyers who need an invoice. Available on **every plan**. Choose which fields to ask for:

Bulgarian company numbers (ЕИК) are checksum-validated as the buyer types. The details are stamped onto the order so you see them when you invoice; Sendway itself does not issue the invoice.
