# Plans

> Free, Starter, Pro — what's included, order allowances, and how to choose.

Sendway has three plans. **Every plan** includes the checkout popup, every courier brand, all buyer languages, order management with label printing, and courier integrations. Paid plans add custom branding, checkout rules, fiscal receipts, and (on Pro) direct checkout with its growth tools.

## How the order allowance works

Every plan includes a number of orders per 30-day billing period. The counter resets every 30 days — you can see the next reset date on the Billing page.

* **On Free**, the popup stops opening for new buyers once you reach 50 orders. Your store keeps selling — buyers simply check out through Shopify's standard checkout until the counter resets or you upgrade.
* **On Starter and Pro**, there is no hard stop. Each order above the included amount is billed **\$0.10** on your Shopify bill, and the popup keeps working.

<Note>
  When you confirm a paid plan, Shopify tells you that you've "approved an app with a usage limit of $500.00 USD every 30 days." That's a **safety ceiling required by Shopify for every usage-based app**, not a charge — you only pay $0.10 per extra order you actually receive. Most stores never see a usage charge at all.
</Note>

## How to pick

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="I just installed Sendway and want to try it">
    Start on **Free**. You get the full popup, every courier brand, order management, and label printing — enough to run real orders end to end. Upgrade when you outgrow 50 orders a month or want branding and rules.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="I want the popup to match my brand">
    **Starter**. Custom colors, corner rounding, your store's font, and no Sendway badge.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="I keep hitting the Free 50-order cap">
    **Starter** gives you 300 included orders and never pauses the popup — extra orders cost \$0.10 each.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="I sell in Bulgaria and take card payments">
    **Starter** or **Pro** — both include automatic fiscal cash receipts (Наредба Н-18) for card-paid orders, plus the monthly NRA audit file.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="I want the fastest possible COD checkout">
    **Pro**. Direct checkout creates the order the moment the buyer confirms in the popup — no Shopify checkout step at all. You also get upsells, Exit Nudge, and the Blocklist.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="I have a problem with fake COD orders">
    **Pro** for the Blocklist — block known bad emails and phone numbers and cap order quantities before the order is ever placed.
  </Accordion>

## What happens at the Free 50-order cap

Once your store reaches 50 orders in the current 30-day window, the popup **pauses automatically** — it simply stops appearing on your storefront. Shopify's native checkout buttons keep working, so buyers can still order; they just can't pick a courier office in the popup. Sending new shipments from the Orders page is paused too.

The popup switches back on by itself when the next 30-day window starts, or **instantly** when you upgrade.

## Managing your plan

Open the [Billing page](/settings/billing) to upgrade, cancel, or check your usage. Plan changes and all charges go through Shopify — you never enter a card in Sendway.
