# Delivery methods

> Pick which courier brands and which pickup options buyers see in the popup, per country.

A **delivery method** is one row in the popup's courier list — for example "Speedy office pickup in Bulgaria" or "BoxNow locker in Greece". Each one carries a courier brand logo, the ways it can deliver (office / locker / address), and a live price.

Open **Checkout settings → Delivery methods** to manage them. Available on every plan.

## The country × courier list

The tab shows a row for every country in your Shopify shipping zones and every courier brand that operates there. Switching a row **on** makes that brand appear in the popup for buyers in that country.

  The list of countries comes from your Shopify shipping zones. To add a new country, first add a shipping zone with a rate for it in **Shopify admin → Settings → Shipping and delivery**.

Drag rows up or down to reorder them — the order is what buyers see.

## The four ways to deliver

    Buyers search by city, street, or postal code and pick a walk-in courier office from the list. Office data comes from each courier's published catalog and updates automatically.

    Available for office-network brands like Speedy, Econt, Sameday, Cargus, FAN Courier, GLS, and many more.

  <Tab title="Locker / automat">
    Buyers pick a self-service parcel locker the same way. Locker-only brands (BoxNow, InPost) always show as lockers; brands that run both offices and lockers (Speedy, Econt, Sameday) show their locker network as a separate "automat" option.

    Buyers fill in a street address. Available for every brand that delivers to addresses.
  </Tab>

  <Tab title="Local delivery">
    A delivery method you handle yourself — for example your own couriers in your city. No courier brand attached; you set the label and the price.

## Editing a brand's settings

Click any active country × brand row to open its editor. From there you can:

* Toggle the method on or off
* Enable or disable office / locker / address delivery independently for that brand
* Control which connected courier account serves it at send time
