1
Install from the Shopify App Store
Search Sendway in the Shopify App Store and click Install. Approve the standard Shopify permissions when prompted.
2
Pick a plan
Sendway asks you to choose a plan before you can continue — you’ll see a “Choose a plan to get started” banner until you do. Free is fine to start: 50 orders per month, every courier brand, order management and label printing included. Paid plans start with a 7-day free trial.
3
Make sure Shopify has shipping rates
In Shopify admin go to Settings → Shipping and delivery and confirm every country you sell to is covered by a shipping zone with at least one rate. The popup shows buyers live prices from these rates.
4
Turn on your delivery methods
In Sendway open Checkout settings — the Delivery methods tab is the first one. You’ll see every country from your shipping zones with the courier brands that operate there. Switch on at least one brand for the country you sell in — otherwise the popup opens with no delivery options to pick.
5
Activate the theme embed
In your Shopify admin go to Online Store → Themes → Customize. Open the Theme settings tab (the gear icon), find App embeds, switch Sendway on, then click Save.
Once saved, every checkout button on your store gets a Sendway sibling button next to it. The popup opens when a buyer clicks it.
6
Place a test order
Open any product page on your live store, add to cart, and click the Sendway button. Walk through the popup as a real buyer would. The order appears in your Shopify admin and on the Sendway Orders page.
Next: configure delivery methods
Pick which courier brands and pickup methods buyers see in the popup.
