Upgrading

Click the plan you want

Pick Starter or Pro on the comparison grid. Annual variants are toggled via a monthly/annual switch on the same screen.

(Optional) Apply a discount code

If you have one, enter it in the confirmation modal.

Confirm on Shopify

Shopify handles the billing and asks you to approve the recurring charge. You’ll be brought back to Sendway when it’s done.
Upgrading takes effect immediately. The new plan’s features unlock as soon as Shopify confirms the charge.

Downgrading

You can downgrade at any time. The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period so you don’t lose features you’ve already paid for.
Downgrading from Pro to Starter or Free will:
  • Turn off the courier integrations (your courier credentials stay saved — connecting back later restores them)
  • Hide order bumps from the popup (your bump config stays saved, just not shown)
  • Hide fraud protection (blocklists stay saved)
  • Lock the Orders page
Nothing is deleted. If you re-upgrade, everything comes back.

Switching between monthly and annual

Toggle monthly ↔ annual on the plan picker. Annual gives you 2 months free.

Cancellation and grace period

Cancelling a paid plan moves you to the Free plan at the end of your current billing period — not immediately. During the grace period, you keep all paid features, then you transition to Free’s caps and feature set on the renewal date. The popup quota counts every popup order in a rolling 30-day window. When you change plans, the window resets to your new plan’s renewal cycle.
On Free, if you hit the 75-order cap, the popup turns off automatically and re-enables when the next window opens. See Plans → What happens at the Free 75-order cap.

Billing on dev / test stores

If your shop is a Shopify development store, Sendway automatically bills you in test mode — you won’t be charged for real. The same plan tiers are offered so you can fully test the upgrade flow.
