A delivery method is one row in the popup’s courier list — for example “Speedy office pickup in Bulgaria” or “BoxNow locker in Romania”. Each one carries a courier brand logo, a method type (office / locker / address / local delivery), and a live shipping price from Shopify. Open Checkout settings → Methods to manage them.

The country × courier matrix

The Methods tab shows a row for every country in your Shopify shipping zones and every courier brand that operates there. Switching a row on makes that brand appear in the popup for buyers in that country.
The list of countries comes from your Shopify Markets / shipping zones. To add a new country, first add a shipping zone for it in Shopify admin → Settings → Shipping and delivery.
Drag rows up or down to reorder them — the order is what buyers see.

The four delivery method types

Buyers pick a walk-in courier office from a searchable map. Office data comes from each courier’s published office catalog and is updated automatically.Available for: Speedy, Econt, Sameday, Pigeon Express, and brand offices via EuShipments.

Editing a brand’s settings

Click any active country × brand row to open its editor. From there you can:
  • Toggle the master Active switch
  • Enable or disable each method type (office / locker / address) independently for that brand
  • Pin custom display copy, icons, or instructions per method
Custom delivery methods (own delivery, store pickup) live further down the Methods tab as a separate section. They don’t go through any courier brand and don’t need a Shopify rate — you set the price directly.

Conditional visibility

Want to hide a delivery method when the cart is over €100, or only show it for a specific product? That’s the job of delivery rules — see Delivery rules.
