First name, last name, email, phone (with a country picker that auto-formats the number).
Delivery tabs
Two tabs the buyer can switch between:
- To an office — search and pick a courier office or locker on a map. Walk-in offices for Speedy / Econt / Sameday / Pigeon, lockers for BoxNow / InPost.
- To an address — street, city, postal code form.
Courier rows
A list of every active courier brand for the buyer’s country, each row showing the brand logo and the live shipping price from your Shopify shipping rates.
