What happens at the Free 75-order cap
Once your store hits 75 popup orders in a 30-day window, Sendway automatically turns the popup off for the rest of that window. Buyers fall back to native Shopify checkout — they can still order, they just don’t see the popup. The next 30-day window opens on schedule, or you can upgrade any time to lift the cap immediately.You don’t have to take any action when the cap hits. The popup re-opens on its own when the new window starts.
