Paid plans start with a 7-day free trial. You can cancel any time during the trial and pay nothing. The trial is offered once per store. If you switch plans mid-trial, the remaining days carry over to the new plan; they never restart.

How the order allowance works

Every plan includes a number of orders per 30-day billing period. The counter resets every 30 days and counts every order in your store, not only popup orders. You can see the next reset date on the Plan page.
  • On Free, the popup stops opening for new buyers once you reach 50 orders, and sending new shipments is paused too. Your store keeps selling: buyers check out through Shopify’s standard checkout until the counter resets or you upgrade.
  • On Starter and Pro, there is no hard stop. Each order above the included amount is billed $0.10 on your Shopify bill, and the popup keeps working.
When you confirm a paid plan, Shopify tells you that you’ve “approved an app with a usage limit of $500.00 USD every 30 days." That's a **safety ceiling required by Shopify for every usage-based app**, not a charge. You only pay $0.10 per extra order you actually receive. Most stores never see a usage charge at all.

How to pick

Start on Free. You get the full popup, every courier brand, order management, label printing, checkout rules and COD fees, which is enough to run real orders end to end. Upgrade when you outgrow 50 orders a month or want 1 Step Checkout and your own branding.
Starter. 1 Step Checkout creates the order the moment the buyer confirms in the popup, with no Shopify checkout step at all.
Starter. Custom colors, corner rounding, your store’s font, your logo, and no Sendway badge.
Starter gives you 300 included orders and never pauses the popup. Extra orders cost $0.10 each.
Starter or Pro. Both include automatic fiscal cash receipts (Наредба Н-18) for card-paid orders, plus the monthly NRA audit file.
Starter covers Order Bumps, quantity breaks and cross-sells. Pro adds post-purchase upsells, the offer shown after the order is placed.
Pro for Fraud protection: block known bad emails and phone numbers, cap order quantities, and hide cash on delivery during the night hours. Customer risk intelligence, which warns you about buyers with uncollected parcels, is already on Starter.

What happens at the Free 50-order cap

Once your store reaches 50 orders in the current 30-day window, the popup pauses automatically: it stops appearing on your storefront. Shopify’s native checkout buttons keep working, so buyers can still order; they just can’t pick a delivery office in the popup. Sending new shipments from the Orders page is paused too, while viewing your orders stays open. The popup switches back on by itself when the next 30-day window starts, or instantly when you upgrade.

Managing your plan

Open the Plan page to upgrade, cancel, or check your usage. Plan changes and all charges go through Shopify; you never enter a card in Sendway.
