Home is the first page of the app. One date-range picker at the top governs everything on it: Today, Yesterday, This week, This month, or a custom period. Your choice is remembered.
Every number on this page counts Sendway-handled orders only, not your whole store. That is deliberate: the page answers “what did Sendway do for me”, which your Shopify analytics can’t tell you.

Needs attention

A short list of things waiting on you, independent of the date range: orders waiting for a waybill, held orders, carts that are still recoverable, products that still need EuShipments mapping, and a warning when you approach the Free plan limit. Each line links straight to the screen that fixes it. When there is nothing to do it says so.

The numbers

Four tiles

Total revenue, Orders, conversion, and average order value for the selected period.

Extra revenue

Revenue that would most likely have been lost, split into recovered carts and added products, and shown as a share of the period’s revenue.

Where orders come from

Your traffic-source split, filterable to mobile or desktop.

Buyer funnel

Popup opened → details filled → checkout handoff → order completed, with the loss at each step.
Extra revenue counts only Sendway’s marginal contribution: the value of carts recovered and of the lines added by bumps, cross-sells and upsells. It never claims the whole order. Buyer funnel counts visits rather than people, so one buyer ordering twice in a visit counts once. Under it, the drop-off breakdown splits buyers who opened the popup but didn’t finish into those with no valid contact details and those who chose no delivery method.

Cards that appear when they’re relevant

  • App embed status, only while the theme embed is off, with a link to the store editor.
  • Checkout rescue (Pro), once the survey has been shown: impressions, recovered orders, recovery rate, revenue protected, and why buyers said they were leaving.
  • SMS, once you’ve sent any: sent this period, failed, scheduled, and spend.
  • Plan and usage, as a full card when there’s a decision to make, otherwise a one-line strip with your order count and renewal date.
  • Finish setting up Sendway, while setup is incomplete.

Where the rest lives

Two more signals are not on this page, because they belong next to an order:
  • Visitor journey: a badge on the buyer in the Orders list (repeat buyer, impulse buy, first visit, visit number, time on site) and a journey popover on the Abandoned carts page with first-seen date and first / last marketing touch.
  • Customer risk: whether this buyer has uncollected parcels elsewhere. See Manage orders.
