Open Checkout settings → Branding to customize the popup.

What you can change

Accent color

The primary color used for buttons, focus rings, and selected delivery rows. Pick a HEX value or a swatch.

CTA preset

Choose the wording on the main button — for example “Place order”, “Buy now”, or “Confirm order”.

Show logo

Display your shop logo at the top of the popup. Sendway pulls it from your Shopify brand assets automatically.

Hide Sendway badge

Remove the “Powered by Sendway” badge pinned at the bottom of the popup.

Show order notes

Let buyers leave a note with their order — useful for gift messages or delivery instructions.

Show discount field

Display a discount-code input inside the popup. Codes are validated against your Shopify discount rules.

Tips on choosing an accent color

The accent should feel like the rest of your storefront. If your “Add to cart” buttons are dark green, your Sendway button should be too.
The accent color is used for text on buttons. If you pick a pale color, the button text will be hard to read. Stick to colors with at least a 4.5:1 contrast ratio against white.
Most buyers see the popup on a phone. Open the popup on your phone after every accent color change.
Branding changes save instantly and apply to the popup within seconds — no need to redeploy your theme.
