Plan: Pro.
Connecting a courier account lets Sendway:
  • Create the shipping label (AWB) automatically from the order in your admin
  • Track the shipment status and sync it back to Shopify
  • Print labels in batch from the Orders page
Without a courier account connected, the popup still works perfectly — buyers see the brand logos and prices — but you’ll keep entering shipments into the courier’s portal yourself.
Brand logo on a delivery method ≠ courier account.Sendway shows logos for 20+ courier brands inside the popup. That doesn’t require any account — it’s free on every plan. A courier account is the API connection that lets Sendway create labels for you. The two are independent: you can show ten brand logos and have zero accounts connected, or one logo and one connected account.
Open the Couriers page in the admin to connect.

EuShipments

Aggregator that fulfills via Cargus, FAN Courier, GLS, ACS, Elta, and 15+ other brands across the region. One account, many courier brands.

EuShipments — the aggregator

EuShipments is special. It’s a single account that gives you access to many courier brands across Eastern Europe — Cargus, FAN Courier, GLS, ACS, Elta, Geniki, Speedex, Slovenská Pošta, and more.
If you sell across multiple countries and don’t want to negotiate a contract with each courier separately, EuShipments is usually the fastest way to go from “logos in the popup” to “labels printed automatically”.
Connecting EuShipments unlocks AWBs for every brand it aggregates. You’ll also be asked to map each Shopify product variant to an EuShipments product reference — see the prompt on the Couriers page when you connect.

What’s NOT integrated (logo only)

The popup shows logos for many brands that don’t have a direct Sendway integration. They’re surfaced because they’re recognizable to buyers in their country and they ship via the EuShipments aggregator: Cargus, FAN Courier, GLS, ACS, Elta, Geniki, InPost, Colissimo, PPL, Post CZ, DPD HR, Express One, SPS SRO, Speedex, Overseas, Slovenská Pošta. To create labels for these, connect EuShipments.

Connecting an account

1

Click a courier tile

Each tile opens a configuration modal with the fields that courier requires — typically a username/password or an API key + client number.
2

Paste credentials and save

Sendway tests the connection on save. If the credentials are wrong, it tells you immediately.
3

Confirm a delivery method uses this courier

The courier account is only useful if a delivery method points at the same brand. Check Checkout settings → Methods afterwards.
4

Send a test order

Place a test order, then send it from the Sendway Orders page. The label should print and the AWB should appear back in the order row.
Disconnecting a courier account removes it from every delivery method that depends on it. Sendway warns you before doing this — read the warning carefully before confirming.
