Connecting a courier account lets Sendway:
  • Create the shipping label (AWB) automatically when you send an order
  • Track the shipment and sync its status back to the order
  • Print labels one by one or in batches from the Orders page
Available on every plan, including Free. Without a courier account the popup still works perfectly — buyers see the brands and prices — but you’d enter shipments into the courier’s portal yourself.
Brand logo on a delivery method ≠ courier account.Sendway shows logos for 30+ courier brands inside the popup. That requires no account. A courier account is the API connection that lets Sendway create labels for you. The two are independent: you can show ten brands with zero accounts connected, or one brand with one account.

EuShipments

Aggregator — one account that ships via Cargus, FAN Courier, GLS, ACS, ELTA, InPost, and 20+ other brands across the region.

EuShipments — the aggregator

EuShipments is special: a single account unlocks label creation for the many brands it fulfills through — Cargus, FAN Courier, GLS, ACS, ELTA, Geniki, Speedex, InPost, PPL, DPD, and more.
If you sell across multiple countries and don’t want a separate contract with each courier, EuShipments is usually the fastest way to go from “logos in the popup” to “labels printed automatically”.
After connecting, Sendway asks you to map your Shopify products to EuShipments product references — a one-time step required before sending (the Home page reminds you if any products are unmapped).

Brands without a direct integration

Many popup brands (Cargus, FAN Courier, GLS, ACS, ELTA, InPost, Colissimo, PPL, DPD, Express One, Speedex, and others) don’t connect directly — they ship via the EuShipments aggregator. To create labels for them, connect EuShipments.

Connecting an account

1

Open Checkout settings → Couriers and pick a courier

Each courier opens a form with the fields it requires — typically a username/password or an API key + client number from your courier contract.
2

Paste credentials and save

Sendway tests the connection on save and tells you immediately if the credentials are wrong.
3

Check your delivery methods

A courier account is only used when a delivery method points at a brand it can serve. Review Checkout settings → Delivery methods afterwards.
4

Send a test order

Place a test order, open Orders, and click Send. The label is created and the tracking number appears on the row.

Parcel dimensions per product (Starter+)

If your courier prices depend on parcel size, Starter and Pro shops can set length / width / height / weight per product directly on the Shopify product page (Sendway adds the fields there). Orders pick the dimensions up automatically and pass them to the courier when the label is created.
Disconnecting a courier account affects every delivery method that depends on it. Sendway warns you before doing this — read the warning before confirming.
