Three small settings on Settings → General that change how the popup behaves around the edges. All of them are available on every plan.

Open automatically after add to cart

The popup opens by itself as soon as a buyer adds a product to the cart, instead of waiting for them to click the checkout button.
Useful for single-product stores and ad traffic. If your catalog invites browsing several items, leave it off so buyers can keep shopping.

Promo codes in the summary

A short list of your own codes, shown under the discount field once a buyer starts hunting for one. Add up to 6 codes, each with an optional description such as “Free shipping over 50 EUR”.
Every code you list here is visible to every buyer. Only put codes here that you are happy to give away publicly, and remember an expired code is rejected by Shopify when the buyer taps it.
You add a code by picking one of your existing active Shopify discounts, or by creating a new one on Shopify’s own screen without leaving Sendway.

Handoff guarantee

When the popup hands a buyer over to Shopify’s checkout there is a short gap where a slow connection can look like a failure. Two controls smooth it over:

The handoff reminder

A brief interstitial with a countdown you choose, telling the buyer their details are saved and the order has not been created yet.

The notice below the button

A short reassurance under the main button, shown only once the buyer’s details are valid.
Both run in either checkout mode, because even in 1 Step Checkout a card payment still hands the buyer to Shopify’s checkout.

Free shipping

Free-shipping thresholds are per delivery method: open a country and courier on Settings → Delivery methods and set Free shipping over on the method itself.
